The Philippines bagged a total of 12 nominations (finalists) this year at the 2011 New York Festivals including 8 entries from ABS-CBN.
The New York Festivals World’s Best Television & Films™ recognize the “World’s Best Work” in news, sports, documentary, information and entertainment program as well as in music videos, infomercials, promotion spots, openings and ID’s. Now entering its 54th year, the total number of entries continues to grow, now representing over 35 different countries, making the NYF™ Television & Film Awards one of the most well known and widely respected competitions on the globe.
Good news to all Tween Hearts fanatics “Reel Love Presents... Tween Hearts” is extended up to October 2011.
Tween Hearts started last September 26, 2011 on GMA Network starring Barbie Forteza, Joshua Dionisio, Bea Binene, Jhake Vargas, Kristofer Martin, Lexi Fernandez, Joyce Ching, Louise delos Reyes and Derrick Monasterio.
Since the show is doing well, GMA 7 decided to extend the show again until October of 2011.

Before the much anticipated epicserye Amaya of Marian Rivera, she will topbilled a horror-comedy series on the Kapuso Network, GMA-7. The said TV show is entitled "Ang Spooky Mo Presents Bampirella." which will run for four weeks and will be directed by Dominic Zapata.
The up coming horror-comedy series will be directed by Dominic Zapanta. The series will be shown before her teleserye Amaya since they are still having problem as to who will be her leading man in the said TV series. The time slot of the horror-comedy is still to be announced soon.
